Description

Summary: With training, will perform complex assembly and testing operations

Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively
Work as part of a team to keep things moving smoothly on the production line
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Test products to ensure functionality
Basic computer skills for tasks such as running test programs, tracking work orders, and printing necessary paperwork
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Be open to learning new tasks and helping in other areas when needed
Solve basic problems on your own and ask for help when needed
Occasionally work overtime

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred but not required
Comfortable using technology like computers or tablets
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Able to multitask and stay focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
A team player with good communication skills
Willing to learn and take on new challenges
Dependable and on time

Physical demands and abilities

Able to lift up to 35 pounds
Regularly performs repetitive tasks
Able to stand for entire shift
Regularly possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
